Associate, Corporate (3-5 yrs PQE) Hong Kong

Job Description

Our client, a UK international law firm, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Associate to join their well-established corporate team in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for advising on transactional matters and compliance issues related to listed companies and drafting transaction documents. Ideally, you are Hong Kong qualified with 3-5 years PQE with a mid-size international or top-tier local firm. Proven experience in IPO projects and listing companies’ compliance matters are essential, as well as working knowledge of Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, the Takeover Code, the SFO, and the Companies Ordinance. Strong drafting skills and fluent English and Chinese are required. REF: 17049/HI
