Agnes Yee is the General Manager for Hughes-Castell Singapore and specializes in recruiting lawyers at mid and senior-levels. Having joined Hughes-Castell from a specialized legal recruitment firm, Agnes possesses a strong understanding of the legal industry, and has a well established network of local and regional contacts. Pam J Tan-Smith

Consultant

Pam started her career as a Financial Advisor for 10 years, focusing on insurance & estate planning with Prudential Assurance. In the last 5 years, she has gained her recruitment experience with 2 major recruitment consultancies in Singapore where she focused in recruiting for the Banking and Financial Services sector handling mid to senior level positions in product control, accounting, finance, audit and compliance positions. With her years of experience in providing advice on talent management, collaborating closely with clients and dealing with seasoned candidates she has an excellent understanding of the recruitment process. Pam now joins Hughes-Castell in applying these skill sets to recruitment of legal and compliance professionals.

Bart Ciebien

Bart focuses on junior and mid-level private practice positions. Prior to joining Hughes-Castell, he recruited across all levels and industries for in-house roles at another established legal recruitment company. Having lived and worked in Asia for a number of years, he has a strong understanding of regional hiring patterns. He holds an MA in political science and speaks Mandarin and Polish.

Eugene Lim

Consultant

Eugene is a consultant specializing in compliance, and his clients include local and international financial institutions, Fortunate 500 companies, as well as other leading regional corporations. Having joined Hughes-Castell from a specialized legal recruitment firm, Eugene brings with him a successful track record of high-level placements, including the Regional Head of Compliance at a top asset management company, Senior Compliance Counsel at an International MNC and the Head of Legal and Compliance at a global life insurance company, amongst others. Eugene graduated from the National University of Singapore with a major in Sociology.

Debbie Ng

Consultant

Debbie has a background in advertising, events management and business development, and at Hughes-Castell she specializes in junior to mid-level in-house legal positions, including some company secretarial and legal support staff roles. She holds a BA degree in Mass Communications from Murdoch University in Australia and has strong experience in the region, having previously worked at another specialist legal recruitment firm in Asia. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Gabriel Nonis

Researcher

Gabriel is a research associate based in Singapore specializing in sourcing legal, risk and compliance recruitment solutions for law firms and corporate in-house institutions. Prior to joining Hughes-Castell, he was with a diversified recruitment group that focused on banking, finance and legal recruitment for mid to senior-level placements. Before this, Gabriel was with an internationally renowned executive search firm. Gabriel is fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. He majored in Economics and Sociology at the National University of Singapore.
